Custom aluminium extrusion
Your section, your alloy, your finish. Send a drawing or a sample and we take it from die to container.
To order a custom aluminium profile, send a drawing (DWG, DXF, PDF or STEP) or a physical sample with the alloy, temper, finish, length and quantity. The factory designs and makes an extrusion die, sends samples for your approval, then extrudes, ages, finishes, cuts and machines the profiles and packs them for container shipping.

Questions
Who owns the die?
Die terms are agreed with the quotation. Usually the buyer pays a die cost, and the die is kept at the factory for your repeat orders.
How long do samples take?
It depends on die complexity; we give the die and sample time with the quotation.
Which tolerances apply?
Tolerances follow the standard you specify, such as EN 755-9, ASTM B221 or the Chinese GB/T 14846; critical dimensions can be marked on the drawing.
